Final Purchase, Client is responsible for proving correct name and billing information at secured checkout . and will be provided with shipping confirmation and tracking, if item shows lost in transit  we let you know the next step by looking into this with Postal Service. If approved, and confirmed with postal service of lost package you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
